These drums brought more fun into my living room than any other PS3 accessory. After unpacking the box, assembly took about 8 minutes. No tools required, just flipping levers,and plugging wires into the controller. The drums have heft to them and feel solid. After I plugged the small RF controller receiver into the PS3 pairing the drums with the game machine was effortless. Because these drums don't use bluetooth, latency is a non-issue.
The first game I tried with them was Lego Rock Band. The Logitech drums worked like a champ. The solidness of this set really impressed me. They are stable and don't move or shake. They look and feel like the electric drum kits Costco sells. My kids (4,6, and 7) all enjoy wailing on these drums and the drums are none the worse for wear.
With easy assembly, RF instead of bluetooth, and quality, solid components these drums are fantastic.
