I am a big fan of this series of cartoon. This game has mixed reviews from me. On the one hand I LOVE the game. The characters, the quests, the power-ups.
But, here's what I had a big problem with:
1) The game would freeze and if you try to load the game you saved, it would lock up and not allow you to load.
2) You have to read the conversations with the villagers and others. And sometimes it's downright confusing.
3) And the BIGGEST frustrating thing is that when you miss a quest in the correct order, you can't go back to it, even if you don't leave the chapter!!! I was on chapter 3 and I forgot one quest, but when i finished a quest, it must've closed the area where you fulfill another and so I didn't end up getting 100% on the level. Very frustrating.
I gave up on the game. Maybe, I'll come back to it, but it's just way too buggy. I wonder why this game was released without the quality control testing that should be on all games.
Oh, well. From reading the other reviews of the other Avatar games, it looks like I'll be staying away from the others.
I did give it 3 stars only because you really get hooked into the game. It's just those other points that keep you from really exploring the game completely.
